This Privacy Policy describes in detail Quintus Corporation’s (“Company”, “Quintus”, “we” or “us”) policy and practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of user information received by Quintus through its websites. By accessing our websites or utilizing our products and services, you consent to the information collection and handling practices outlined in this policy.
Information Collection
We may collect various types of information, both personal and anonymous, through our websites. The information is gathered from your usage of our websites, as well as from your entry of information on our websites. Sharing this information allows us to provide you with the best customer service experience possible, including without limitation providing you with the services or information you have ordered or requested. We reserve the right to periodically send offers, promotions, and updates regarding Quintus products and services to current and past users of our websites via e-mail. Every marketing e-mail we send contains instructions and procedures allowing you to opt out of additional marketing e-mails from us.

We endeavor to comply with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act).
